(Image below) All the portraits, with the exception of the portraits of Judge Stearns and Judge Powers are portraits painted by David Wells Roth for the U.S. Federal Court in Puerto Rico between 2007-2010.  The portrait of Judge Stearns was painted for the Boston Federal Court and hangs in the John Joseph Moakley US Courthouse, Boston and the portrait of Judge Powers was painted for the Wrentham District Court in Massachusetts.  The commission for the Federal Court in Puerto Rico includes 31 portraits which are hanging (below) in the atrium of main courthouse in Hato Rey, San Juan. 

The last five portraits were completed in March of 2010 and were on temporary exhibit in the Whistler House Museum from April 28th - June 16th, 2010. They are now installed on permanent display in the Federal court in Puerto Rico.
